For as many times as I have been to the Gateway in Salt Lake, I've never noticed these glass mural windows in the Union Pacific building before. The 5:00 sun was shining through them just right to light them up.

Met my friend Joe at, "Joe's Crab Shack" for dinner before we went to see Batman on IMAX.

I did have to take advantage of an opportunity for someone else besides Anna to have a "Birthday" at a restaurant. :)

They put him in a grass skirt and he had to HULA while we all sang Happy Birthday... Good Times!

There's a great story behind this platter full of broken champagne flutes...

The wedding I am DJing for on Saturday was going just fine... the reception center was short staffed, so I am helping distribute glasses to the guests for a toast. This particular tray was the 3rd or 4th that I delivered, when one of the glasses fell into a 2nd glass, into 3rd... you get the idea. Needless to say I took a bath in Peach sparkling cider. All I could do was stand there and watch as the stuff kept falling.

It was funny about 2 minutes after we got it all cleaned up!

The sign itself is rather humorous, I always laugh when I pass it heading up into the mountains past Kamas. However, what really caught my attention, and made me stop and take the picture was the "Closed Due To Mosquitos" sign next to it.

Something Different...

Instead of a photo, I am posting a video of a news story I caught last night that was AWESOME! Now I have more proof of the power of biking. And Yes, I ALWAYS Feel Better when I go for a bike ride.

In fact, I have had a pretty rough couple of days at work, so I took the advice, went for a 15 mile ride this morning, and my day went MUCH better!

Okay, this picture is actually from last night (You can see the original here), but a friend of mine (Visit her blog here) told me the easy way to isolate an object in color with the remainder of the photo in Black and White.

I like the way this turned out. The lighting on the photo makes it look "okay" if the lighting had been better there would be less noise in the photo.
